Customer service is a strong component of the JEdI program. Our Customer Support Staff communicates with JEdI customers on a regular basis to answer any product or implementation questions. This regular contact allows Impact to stay in close contact with customers and provide ideas and suggestions for how to maximize product use in the classroom.
JEdI customers are also provided with electronic newsletters and progress reports on a monthly basis. This allows instructional staff to evaluate time-on-task, progress made and other measurable successes in the classroom
